• Two (2) hour $300 AUD + $25 AUD for one (1) post production digital image. (Hourly rate $150 AUD for AU & NZ; €220 rest of the world)

• Four (4) hour $600 AUD + $25 AUD for one (1) post production digital image.

In addition, you can purchase from an edited selection of approximately 20 - 50+ images per tow (2) - four (4) hour sessions.

Your photos will be professionally edited for you and cost $25 AUD per One (1) post production image; One (1) printed image from $37 AUD per print; Hound Photography Studio - small studio can accommodate up to 2 people at $80 AUD hour; Your image gallery extended hosting with iOS and Android OS application (app) with your photos in it - $195 AUD per year; Social Media promotional trailer from $385, plus expedient postage to anywhere in Australia.

Commercial Usage: We can negotiate the costs for any additional usage rights of my work, over and above the usage rights included with the initial fee.

Booking and Payment: Upon booking you are required to pay your session fee in full. The Photographer's fee of $300 AUD (2 hour session) or $600 AUD (4 hour session) does not include any delivered images. Each delivered digital image is $25 AUD and includes professional post production and image license for personal use only. Thus, your minimum investment is $325 AUD (2 hours) or $625 AUD (4 hours) for your session and one digital image.

Cancellation: All session fees are non-refundable, however you can reschedule a session without any charges, provided the cancelation request is more than 48 hours before the originally scheduled appointment. Should the cancellation occur within the 48-hour window you are subject to a 50% fee of your session cost. A rebooking charge of half the session (50%) fee if rescheduling is needed within 48 hours of the session.

Traveling to various locations for this session possible and include: Free for local travel only. There is no extra charge for travel to and from any location within Brisbane, Qld. AU arrear.

Usage Rights: Personal Use: Clients are granted unlimited personal use rights for the images, which include but are not limited to social media profiles, personal websites, and professional networking. Should the images be used in non commercial publications I prefer the photo credit to read: "Photo by Sergei Korschmin - Hound Photography".

Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the images requires prior written consent and may incur an additional fee. (ie. usage on a book cover or print advertising for the sale of a product) Please contact Hound Photography to discuss this further.

Sergei Korschmin - Hound Photography has the right to: reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the photographs in printed form and photographs and/or videos in digital format created by Sergei Korschmin during any Hound Photography sessions, on websites, social media platforms and other online platforms for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, and sale of products or services.

Copyright Ownership: Sergei Korschmin - Hound Photography retains copyright ownership of all images.

Limitation of Liability: While Sergei Korschmin - Hound Photography will take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality of the images, Sergei Korschmin - Hound Photography is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events that may affect the outcome of the session.

Force Majeure: Sergei Korschmin - Hound Photography is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond their control.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

Agreement Acceptance: By booking a session with Sergei Korschmin - Hound Photography, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

One Six (6) hour "Half Day Session" or Nine (9) hour "Full Day Session" photography coverage at a location of your choosing and FREE Online Gallery.

• Half Day (6 hours) $900 AUD + $25 AUD for one (1) post production digital image.

• Full Day (9 hours) $1,350 AUD + $25 AUD for one (1) post production digital image. (Day rate $1,375 AUD for AU & NZ; €1,980 rest of the world)

In addition, you can purchase from an edited selection of approximately 100 - 150+ images per six (6) - nine (9) hour sessions.

However, any other location will incur Business Class travel and/or accomodation costs. Please Note: (This is a brief note on travel and accomodation costs and requirements. Over all, NO long-haul travel possible on the same day of a six or nine hour session, if this session located outside free travel zone. Only possible travel exception are a short Business Class Taxi fear, or chauffeured Business Class Car Hire to and from an appropriate accomodations and airport or train-station transfers.
